JVZoo $10,000 Vendor Contest!


Attention Vendors: The May/June Contest is ON! Who is the Top Dog on the JVZoo Network is what we're here to decide! From May 15-June 15, the vendor with the most sales will put an extra $4000.00 in their pocket and be crowned Top Dog. Start pushing ANY combination of your JVZoo eligible products (7.00 or more) and he who has the most sales wins! This could be products you already have listed and of course, any producst you launch during the contest. Your sales and the sales of your affiliates promoting your products all count towards your total, so load up, get people to promote you and claim your prize.

The twenty vendors that sell the most number of products through out the contest will share $10,000 in prize money (break down below). Contest is open to registered vendors of JVZoo only. Registration is free. Click here to become a member.

Contest is open to registered vendors of JVZoo.com only. JVZoo reserves the right to disqualify any participant that uses fraud to inflate their sales totals. JVZoo.com will make the final determination as to whether or not fraud was commited. To avoid attempts at fraud, any product sold by an affiliate that is later refunded will be taken off of the final sales tally. Prizes paid out to winners at the conclusion of the required 45 day refund period.

Limitation of Liability

BY PARTICIPATING THIS CONTEST, VENDORS/ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE CONTEST RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS THE DECISIONS OF JVZOO.COM CONTEST ADMINISTRATORS, WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS JVZOO.COM, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE REWARDS BY THE WINNER), OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF THE REWARDS THAT MAY BE AWARDED. General Terms and Conditions

a. Only duly approved and active vendors of JVZoo.com will be eligible to the program.

b. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for joining the Program will be decided by JVZoo.com (“Company”) at its sole discretion.

c. All eligible vendors are subject to the terms and conditions of the Contest. Incentives and rewards under this program will not be valid for any cancelled transaction or any transaction posted but subsequently reversed.

d. JVZoo.com reserves the right to change, modify and/or add to the incentive.

e. Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of incentives in the contest may result in the forfeiture of any incentives due to the vendor.

f. All Terms and Conditions of this website apply, including conditions laid out in the Affiliate Agreement.

h. Contest begins May 15, 2012 and concludes June 15, 2012 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.

i. All active vendors are automatically entered into the contest.

j. Vendors receive a point for each of their legally listed product sold for a minimum of $7.00.

k. The top twenty (20) vendors with the most points at the end of the contest will be awarded the appropriate cash prize, as per the prize table located on this page.

l. Vendors must adhere to the terms of service of this website. Any breaking of JVZoo.com's terms of service may result in disqualification.
