Unlike other books I've read on this subject, this one actually feels as though it really is written for a beginner. It guides you effortlessly through the steps and helps you to use meditation as a tool for understanding your higher purpose. The author makes you to feel welcome by sharing his own journey in a way that a friend might share a personal story. I much prefer this relaxed style over bullet lists and barked orders. The whole feel of the book is relaxing and friendly with some really great tips and advice for beginners that I've not seen in other books that are 'supposedly' aimed at people that are new to this subject. Most importantly, the way that this book presents meditation has motivated and inspired me to begin (and maintain) a daily meditation routine that I actually look forward to, something I've been struggling to start for years!! Thanks Adam, I really appreciate you sharing your experiences and knowledge.
