Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription anytime; services remain active until the next billing period. All services are considered "initiated and fully rendered" upon payment, including courses, software, website development, and other digital solutions. Services commence as soon as payment is processed, regardless of deliverable completion. Once payment is made, Proshark does not issue refunds due to immediate resource allocation. You agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or reversals, as doing so will result in legal action, including reimbursement of fees and costs. By accepting these terms, you waive your right to chargebacks except for documented fraud or overcharges. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested using these terms and proof of work, with responsibility for any fees or damages resting on you.
