WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON OUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS.All sales are final, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by creating an account and submitting a ticket in the client-area and asking us to cancel your license.
There will be no refund for any unused days of the service, your service will be cancelled at the end of your billing period from the time your ticket is acknowledged by a member of staff (so please give a few days notice to be safe).
Should you be having any technical issues, we have an expert team ready to help.
We believe in our products and use them in our own business, should you find a bug or glitch in the software then please create a video of the problem so we can check it and submit a ticket at the client-area http://client-area.biz.
