Affiliate Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Duration  

The contest is valid only during the official launch period specified on JVZoo.

2. Eligibility  

All approved affiliates are eligible to participate. Teams are not allowed; entries must be from individual affiliate accounts only.

3. Minimum Sales Requirement  

To qualify for prizes, affiliates must meet the following minimum net verified sales:

- 1st Place ($500): Minimum 50 sales  

- 2nd Place ($200): Minimum 30 sales  

- 3rd Place ($100): Minimum 15 sales  

If minimum requirements are not met, the prize may not be awarded.

4. Prize Qualification (Pro-Rata Rule)  

To claim the FULL prize, affiliates must earn commission equal to the prize amount. If not, prizes will be paid on a proportional (pro-rata) basis.

5. Tracking & Attribution  

All sales must be tracked through JVZoo using your unique affiliate link. Only verified sales will count.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks  

Refunded or disputed transactions will not count toward total sales.

7. Payment of Prizes  

All winners will be contacted via email (contact@codcheckoutpro.com) after the contest ends. Prizes will be paid within 7–14 business days after verification.

8. Compliance  

Spam, misleading claims, or unethical promotion methods will result in disqualification.

9. Rights  

The vendor reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in case of abuse or unforeseen issues.
